WP 1: Project management and -coordination

Goals:
- Ensuring the successful and smooth realisation of the entire project
- Monitoring the quality of all project services and results
WP 2: Development of a criteria catalogue for OIER
Lead: University of Granada (Spain)
Goals:
- Comprehensive review of the international and European legal framework, standards and guidelines à more comprehensive approach to quality assurance of OIER
- Development of a validated catalogue of criteria and practicable guidelines for professionals
WP 3: teacher training course: Development and Implementation
Lead: University Tallinn (Estonia)
Goals:
- Development of a training programme for teachers in initial and continuing education to support them in the co-design, implementation and validation of innovative teaching materials (OIER)
- Support the mobility of teachers in the implementation of the training course
WP 4: Guidelines for a successful dissemination
Lead: University of South-Eastern Norway
Goals:
- Produce country reports on popular platforms for sharing, disseminating and accessing teaching and learning materials
- Development of guidelines for the dissemination of OIER on the platforms
WP 5: Evaluation and research
Lead: University of Padova (Italy)
Goals:
- Evaluate the three main project outputs to ensure the best possible quality (criteria catalogue, teacher training course and transnational network)
- Contribute to the quality of the results and collect important input and feedback from participants, experts and stakeholders
WP 6: Establishment of a transnational co-operation network for teachers
Lead: University College of Teacher Education Styria (Austria)
Goals:
- Establish sustainable national networks and an international network between teachers, school leaders and other relevant stakeholders in the field of inclusive and digital education for exchange:
- Best practices in teaching in relation to (high quality) digital tools and materials (e.g. OIER) for inclusive education and the integration of such resources in an inclusive educational context
- Expanding experience and knowledge of new approaches to inclusive teaching and learning through international collaboration with colleagues
- Promoting and improving mobility as an integral part of teacher education
WP 7: Dissemination and sustainability
Lead: Private University College of Teacher Education Augustinum (Austria)
Goals:
- Develop and elaborate a sustainable dissemination and communication strategy to maximise the impact of the project and its results
- Coordinate activities in the partner countries and at European and international level to maximise the reach of the project results
- Dissemination activities include, among others:
- Dissemination of project results in existing teacher education and training programmes and relevant teacher education networks
Dissemination of project results through various dissemination channels at local, national and international level through the publication of scientific and practice-oriented publications, presentations at meetings and conferences, presence in social networks and on digital platforms, etc.
